Users must use their own authorized payment methods. DigiSnap holds no liability for fraudulent credit card or UPI transactions made on our site. The responsibility to prove that a transaction was fraudulent lies exclusively with the user and their financial institution.

Support & Complaints
We are committed to delivering excellence. If you encounter any issues with your digital delivery or order, please raise a support ticket within 7 days of the delivery date. Complaints filed after this window may not be entertained.
