Returns & Refund Policy
At DigiSnap, we strive to ensure a smooth digital delivery experience. Please review our guidelines regarding order cancellations, defective licenses, and refund eligibility.
01 Order Cancellation
Due to the instant and digital nature of our products, once an order is received and processed, it cannot be canceled. We process digital license generation immediately upon payment confirmation to ensure rapid delivery.
02 Defective Digital Licenses
In the rare event that a digital license code is defective or fails to activate, our primary resolution protocol is to issue a replacement.
Replacement Protocol
Refunds for defective keys are only considered if a replacement fails to resolve the issue. You must request support via email at support@digisnap.in within 3 days of your purchase. Claims submitted after this 3-day window will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Defective codes must be proven via official error output from the software manufacturer (e.g., Microsoft activation error screenshots).
03 Refund Eligibility
Digital keys represent sensitive intellectual property. It is crucial to acknowledge that once a key has been dispatched via email or WhatsApp, it is irreversibly transmitted.
Non-Refundable Delivery
Generally, once a valid digital license key has been delivered to you, it is strictly non-refundable. We cannot retract or restock a digital key once it has been viewed by the customer.
If an exception is made and a refund is approved by our team, the amount will be processed and credited back to your original payment source within 7 working days.
04 Software Compatibility
DigiSnap operates solely as a license distributor. Software compatibility is entirely the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend verifying system requirements directly with the software manufacturer before making a purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for purchases made in error due to operating system incompatibility, hardware limitations, or unmet system requirements.
05 Duplicate Orders
The only scenario in which a valid, fully functioning license will be considered for a direct refund is in the case of an accidental duplicate order. If you are charged twice for the same exact item in a single session, please contact our support team immediately for a resolution.
06 Platform Limitations & Third-Party Issues
Certain software platforms have inherent limitations outside of our control. For instance, specific MS Office 365 accounts may only support the display of a preferred name without domain inclusion. DigiSnap is not responsible for these developer-level technical constraints, and refunds cannot be accommodated for aesthetic or platform-specific limitations.
07 Local System Environments
DigiSnap is not liable for underlying issues within your local computer environment (such as corrupted registries, malware, pre-existing conflicting software, or network blocks) that prevent the normal installation or functioning of the purchased software. Support must be sought from a local IT professional for hardware or OS-level faults.
